AUSkey decommissioned on Friday 27 March 2020
On Friday 27 March, the Australian Taxation Office retired the decade-old AUSkey login credentials; replacing them with myGovID and an authorisation service called Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM). Together, these prove the identity of an individual prior to granting them access to a range of government online services, including the Data Exchange.
The ATO Chief Digital Officer, John Dardo, has said, "The overwhelming majority of businesses are setting up myGovID and RAM in less than 15 minutes. Over 80% of applicants are just downloading the myGovID app to their smart device and following the prompts. They don't even need to look at any other instructions."
For those who still require a myGovID - head to MyGovID or watch our myGovID and RAM webinar for further assistance. If you already have a myGovID and are experiencing difficulties accessing the Data Exchange, please refer to our recently published FAQs document.
Community SCORE Report
A reminder to organisations that the first community SCORE report is now available. The Community component within SCORE allows organisations to collect outcomes data for work they deliver to large groups, organisations and/or communities. There are four domains.
- Group/Community knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviours for a group of clients or community members participating in the service.
- Organisational knowledge, skills and practices to better respond to the needs of targeted clients or communities.
- Community infrastructure and networks to better respond to the needs of targeted clients and communities.
- Social cohesion to demonstrate greater community cohesion and social harmony.
The Community Outcomes Report enables organisations participating in the Partnership Approach to view and analyse this data. The Community Outcomes fact sheet provides further information about Community SCORE.
