Update: 8 July 2019

The January to June reporting period has ended. Please be aware you still have over three weeks to finalise your data entry. We encourage organisations to enter your data as soon as possible to allow time to correct any data entry errors that may have occurred over the last six months.

Update: 1 July 2019

The end of the January to June 2019 reporting period is coming up fast.

Revision of Protocols Appendix B

The “Appendix B – Commonwealth Agencies” document was updated on 14 February 2019. This update is for Forced Adoption Support Services service types and definitions.

Revision of Protocols Appendices A & B

The “Program activity guidance” and “Service type matrix” documents were updated on 31 January 2019. The “Program activity guidance” document has been split to detail Commonwealth and State Agencies.

Helpdesk End of Year Availability

As we get ready for the Department’s close-down period, we’d like to advise you that the Helpdesk will not be available from 12:30pm on the 24 December 2018 to 8:30 am 2 January 2019.

Report Updates

Recently we revised many of the Data Exchange reports through enhancements and changes. Report contents have been tailored for screen resolutions of 1680×1050 and 1920×1080.

Update to Protocols

The Data Exchange Protocols have been updated to reflect the 19 August 2018 Data Exchange system enhancements and changes to the SCORE framework.

Tips for protecting clients privacy

Now that we have completed the January to June reporting period, and have already started work on the July to December period, organisations are reminded of their privacy obligations that they should not share log on details between staff.
